School Payment Manager

The School Payment Manager enables your school district to manage payments, users, and activities online though a secure web site. Do all this and more!

• View payment by school or activity.
• Drill down to all details.
• Read reports on the web or in Excel.
• Search for specific payments.
• Manage, add, and edit school information.
• Manage, create, and delete school activities requiring payment such as school lunches, sporting event tickets, field trips, bookstore, and others.
• Generate cost schedules to assist parents in budgeting.
• Email parental notification of low account balance or unusual account activity.
• Refund, carry over, or donate remaining balance at the end of the school year.
• Take non-MoneyLink payments via check, credit/debit card or POS.

Student Account Manager

The Student Account Manager module enables students and parents to manage their accounts, make payments, and fund student accounts online through a secure, web-based site.

• Parents may fund the student’s account using a check or credit/debit card.
• Parents may fund accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Parents may create one account for all students in a household.
• Parents may budget spending per student or per activity.
• Parents or students may make payments for individual events.
• Parents may setup recurring payments, suspend or reactivate account at will.
• The system provides overdraft protection.
• Students will need to carry less money, thus eliminating the problem of lost cash.
• At the end of the school year, parents may choose their preferred method of handling remaining funds - refund, carry over to the next year, or donate remaining funds to the school or charity.

Point of Sale

CalliPay’s MoneyLink also makes it easy for students and parents to pay for school expenditures at the point of sale:

• POS system requires a valid student ID card, fingerprint, or PIN number before authorizing a purchase.
• Before making a payment, paying parents may ensure that payments are applied correctly by reviewing a photo of the student who made the purchase, the student’s name, school, and other information.
• Non-MoneyLink users can also make purchases through this system using a checking account, credit, or debit card.

Fundraising

CalliPay's MoneyLink provides opportunities for fundraising for your school district.  Fundraising opportunities include:

• Sell ad space to local businesses and post that on the parental web site.
• Enable students to collect money online for fundraising events.
• Auction items online such as lunch with a popular teacher, items donated by local businesses, or other items or services.
